Put-in-Bay’s premier Waterfront Restaurant & Bar. This is a great opportunity for participants interested in the Culinary Arts and wanting to spend their summer in an Island Resort atmosphere.
Positions and duties:
Kitchen Staff – all-around culinary employee will learn the following positions: – Dishwasher – Grill Cook- Fry Cook- Salad Prep
*Prepare and serve fast food items.
*Work the grill preparing food items.
*Work the fryer preparing food items.
*Other food preparation as needed.
*Provide customer service
*Take orders and ring up sales
*Operate a cash register
*Operate the dishwasher
*Cleaning the Kitchen as needed.
*Additional responsibilities as requested by the Kitchen Manager.
Uniforms: two uniform shirts – $15 each, third shirt for free. Sweatshirts for a charge of $30.00.
*Bonus may be available (not guaranteed) based on performance and will be at the employer’s discretion. Participants who do not work the dates they agreed to in their job offer will not be eligible for the bonus.
*Employer does not hire large groups of friends traveling together. Will hire friends traveling in groups of two, but will not hire groups
larger than this.
*Employees receive a 50% discount on meals during their work shift.
