All of the properties are luxury apartments that require great customer service. The pool and pool area must be clean all the time. It is also your responsibility to verify that every person that visits the facility is a resident of the property and must sign in.  The majority of pools are just for one guard.

NO LIFEGUARDS are allowed to touch anything in the pump rooms unless someone from our company specifically tells them what to do.

Once the students find housing accommodations they are interested in, they send us the information. We then meet with the person renting to verify that everything is according to what is advertised.  It’s happened in the past that students find something on Craigslist or something like that, and it turns out to be fake.  So, we do this as an added layer of protection for the students.

Before coming to the USA you need to find your housing and report manager current situation with your searching to the employer. Employer prefers to use the Airbnb website when finding accommodations after students get the placement for all 2021 season. Max. capacity for one apartment is 6 persons.
