We are a small pool management company based and operating in Virginia. Our pools vary from small to very large community pools. We encourage and support our employees, many of whom return year after year to work for us.

We have pools in the following areas: Alexandria, Fairfax, Springfield, Ashburn and Haymarket.

Pools are located in condos or apartments complexes, HOA, neighbourhoods.

The information is valid for 2018 season only, it may change for 2019 season before this autumn:

Wage: $9.50/hour

Overtime: yes, lifeguard overtime wage $14.25/hour

Pay frequency: bi-weekly, every other Friday

# of days per week: 5-6 days

# of hours per week: 40-44

# of hours per week in 2018: 44


Employer will be offering manager and assistant manager positions at up to the following rates per hour: 

Manager and Assistant Manager is up to $12.50/hour.


Uniform: Estimated cost for uniform is $80.

If you will arrive before May 25, you have uniform for free! 😉


Housing: Provided

Expanses: $440/month + $200 deposit. Estimated cost of housing per season $1540.

Rental is deducted from paycheck, utilities (except internet and cable) are $30 per month (not included in rent).

Apts are fully furnished – beds, bedding (pillow, sheets, comforter or quilt), table and chairs, silverware, pots, plates etc., shower curtain, cleanig supplies, toaster, living room furniture, lamps.

3-9 people share the unit, aprox 3 tenants per room, 2-3 bedrooms in the unit.


How to get to work? Walk, bike (bike costs aprox $115), car, public transportation

Apartments are located within 7 miles to job site. You will commute for 15-30 minutes to pools you are operating.


Pick-up at the airport: Provided

We strongly recommends Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).  We can pickup from this airport at anytime.

Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) is not recommended as it is not close to their housing or job and requires the participants to take a train to Union Station in DC and then another train to Springfield, VA for pickup.

If arriving in New York City and taking a bus to Washington DC, we´d like to ask participants not schedule the bus arriving in Washington DC between 11 PM to 9 AM in the morning due to staff availability and traffic concerns in the city.
