Remote lodge in the middle of national park. Perfect for those who love nature and don’t mind spending summer without shops and big-city entertainment.
This family owned lodge has more than 10 years experience with Work & Travel students and many of them return for more seasons. Hotel is a replica of an original mining era building, so rooms are smaller, but comfy and host up to 100 guests from all around the world every day.
Positions and duties:
Housekeeping (7)– cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms which are located throughout the lodge, vacuuming, dusting, taking out trash, polishing, changing towels and sheets, making beds, laundry work. May 18 to September 7 or 14
Dishwasher (3) – cleaning dishes and helping in the kitchen – May 21 to September 7 or 14
Positions require standing on feet all day, bending and carrying stuff.
Work schedule: 8-9 hours per day, 5 days per week
Hourly wage: $11.00/hour
$16.50/hour for overtime, possible end of season bonus $500 for completing the season
Provided for free, also meals provided for free.
Housing is in company‘s bunkhouse which is fully furnished, and there are 1 or 2 persons per room.
