Description

Campground located at Steamboat Lake shore. If you enjoy outdoors, hiking, camping and peaceful nature, this will be great location where to spend summer and live and work for 3-4 months.

Work dates: June – Sept 

Positions and duties: 

Hospitality Crew: front desk, cleaning of lodges and shower houses, laundry, boat, kayak and paddle board rentals, making reservations, gift shop, ice-cream

Work schedule: 32-40 hours per week

4 days working + 3 days OFF – ideal for longer trips

Hourly wage: $12.00/hour, over time is available sometimes

Requirements: you must be confident speaking in English all day and making phone calls – ideal for imporving English!

2nd job is allowed

 


Housing: YES

$300 – 400 month/per bed

Employer assists in finding housing for students.

Employer requires driving license and experience driving.

You need to buy a car – price for used cars starting from $1000 and you can sell the car in the end of summer. Employer can assist you with purchase. You can share with other students 🚗


Location: Steamboat Springs, Colorado

Steamboat Springs, Colorado is located 3 hours drive from Denver, Colorado. The town has many activities to participate in all summer long. Relaxed atmospere of small town, dont expect nightlife or shopping malls.

Activities: Hiking. Biking. Rafting. Fishing. Horse back riding. Rodeo.

Tips for trips: river tubing in Steamboat, Fish Creek waterfalls, hot springs in Strawberry Park, Monument Valley, Denver, great Sand Dunes, Rocky Mountains, Yellowstone NP

How to get there? ✈ Recommended to fly to Denver and then take a bus (Greyhound) to Steamboat Springs.
